Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art. Focused on slow and meditative forms, Tai Chi is known to help people improve their balance and posture along with many other healthful benefits. Each class is instructed by an expert teacher and licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr. Michael Braitsch PT, DPT. He is also a black sash instructor of Tien Shan Pai Kung Fu and Internal Arts as well as an internationally recognized expert and former champion.
