Tai Chi Classes

Reduce fall risk and improve balance with Tai Chi!

Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art. Focused on slow and meditative forms, Tai Chi is known to help people improve their balance and posture along with many other healthful benefits. Each class is instructed by an expert teacher and licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr. Michael Braitsch PT, DPT. He is also a black sash instructor of Tien Shan Pai Kung Fu and Internal Arts as well as an internationally recognized expert and former champion.

Boxing Classes

A research-based, non-contact boxing program designed by physical therapists. specifically intended to use principles of neuroplasticity and postural control in an effort to improve or maintain function and quality of life for persons with Parkinson Disease.


Yoga Classes

Incorporates meditation, movement, and pranayama (breathwork) designed to unify the mind and body. Classes will incorporate floor work, standing, and balance postures, and use a variety of props.

Balance, Core, & More

A 60 minute, moderate-intensity class, modified to suit all fitness levels. This class will work on strengthening your core and improving your balance through functional movements.
